Basically, if you have 100/150 and you beat one of these 'extras', you'll get 101/151. Maskflies are in every other room in Greenpath and you are likely to hit them accidentally at least once. There's a handful of entries that don't actually count, including the white defender and Menderbug. So for things that are literally non threatening at all we have maggots and Maskflies. Now there are the palace guys, but they kind of aren't real (either are dreams or stuck in limbo). ![]() Same with the big grey bees outside of the hive (can't remember their name). Now you might say: "But what about Durandas/ Durandoos?" They do not actively attack you but are often in your way and cause damage to you. One of these is clearly infected, so that leaves Maskflies. Furthermore, I believe that besides maggots the only other living non-threatening creatures required are Maskflies (look like little birds) and Lightseeds (look like little infected bugs that run into corners).
